One Brickell City Centre (80 stories, 1,049 feet above sea level) Related Companies, led by Miami Dolphins owner Stephen Ross, reportedly just announced plans to partner with Developer Swire Properties on this project. It will become the tallest and largest office building in Florida. The project was also resubmitted for approval to the FAA this month. Work will start in 2023, the report said.

ONE BAY FRONT PLAZA - BRICKELL

One Bayfront Plaza (92 stories, 1,049 feet above sea level)Tibor Hollo’s Florida East Coast Realty announced last week it was moving its corporate headquarters to Brickell from on older building currently on the One Bayfront Plaza site – a sign that this project is moving forward. The new One Bayfront Plaza will be a branded, mixed-use supertall, a press release said. The FAA has approved a height of 1,044 feet above ground, 1,049 feet above sea level. 1201 - BRICKELL

1201 Brickell (also known as The Towers by Foster + Partners) (Twin towers, 81 and 79 stories, 1,049 feet above sea level) Tibor Hollo of Florida East Coast Realty and former Dodgers owner Frank McCourt are partners on this twin-tower project. It will include up to 660 condo units, and up to 220 hotel rooms. The FAA approved a height of 1,049 feet above sea level in 2016.
